This technology also directly impacts the automation and resulting efficiencies in our business lives, including most recently the sales process of how companies interact with their customers – through emails, video conferencing, and even text messages. Technology is often built as an immediate aid, but sometimes it can become a distraction that distances us from the human interaction still required for successful and lasting sales relationships with your potential customers.
