For a successful start-up, it’s extremely important to manage working capital. Cash flow is proxy in the investor community for the strength of how well a company is run. Working capital has the power to create or destroy value for shareholders. Attendees will learn the fundamentals of working capital management, including the impact to customers, suppliers and partners. Attendees will also learn about processes and supporting technology that can reduce working capital requirements and metrics for measuring and monitoring liquidity trends.
