If you’re lucky, you’ve got an MVP and a little funding, but you need a product and users before you can even think about assembling your own team. Enter the Agency. Learn how agencies assist startups by providing expert software development experience to kick-start kick-ass ideas. This talk is about how the methods used can help startups shorten their time to market using an experienced team to lay the groundwork for a successful software product while a permanent team is being formed.
